### 1. Cancelling Retainer Services

Clients may cancel monthly retainers by providing 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

Once a billing cycle has started, it cannot be cancelled retroactively.

### 2. Cancelling a Project (Once-off Services)

Projects may be cancelled at any time. However:

- Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed
- Any non-refundable items (strategy, research, design, planning) will still be charged
- If the client paid upfront, the refund policy applies.

### 3. PXL’s Right to Cancel

PXL may suspend or cancel services if:

- Payments are overdue by more than 14 days
- The client provides incomplete or incorrect information
- The client is abusive, uncooperative, or breaches the agreement
- The project scope changes dramatically without agreement

In these cases, no refunds will be issued for work already delivered.

### 4. Data & Access After Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

- Access to automated workflows may be revoked
- Dashboards, integrations, or systems may be disabled
- PXL will provide an export of essential data if applicable
- PXL may delete project data after 30 days unless otherwise agreed

### 5. Third-Party Subscriptions

Client is responsible for cancelling any third-party tools connected to their workflows unless PXL manages them on the client’s behalf.
