## Ways to work together

### Pilot Sprint (2–4 weeks)

One workflow, one metric, fixed scope. You see the number move before anything scales.

- A scoping call to pick the workflow
- Working software, not a slide deck
- A measured before and after

Pricing: Fixed price, agreed after the scoping call

### Build (Scoped)

The platform or system, built properly: tested, reviewed, documented and handed over.

- Web platforms, AI systems, integrations
- Human review on every change
- Yours to own, including the code

Pricing: Quoted from the pilot's results

### Run (Monthly)

Monitoring, improvements and new workflows once the system is live.

- Monitoring and fixes
- New workflows as you grow
- Cancel with 14 days' notice

Pricing: Monthly retainer

## What we build

Fast, considered sites and web apps on Next.js. Built to be measured, maintained and handed over.

- Marketing sites and product sites
- Client portals and dashboards
- Internal tools

### AI systems

Document processing, analysis and workflow agents, with a human in the loop and a trail behind every output.

- Document extraction
- Analysis and drafting
- Evaluation before launch

### Integrations and APIs

Your CRM, bank feeds, payment rails and internal tools, talking to each other.

- Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce

## How we work

01. **Scope** (30 min, free): A call to find the one workflow worth fixing first, and the number that says it worked.
02. **Pilot Sprint** (2–4 weeks): One workflow, one metric, fixed scope. You see the number move before anything scales.
03. **Build** (Scoped): The platform or system, built properly: tested, reviewed, documented, handed over.
04. **Run** (Optional retainer): Monitoring, improvements and new workflows, month to month.

## Questions asked before every build

### What does PXL do?

PXL builds software two ways: for clients, and for itself in PXL Labs. Both use the same stack, the same standards and the same founder.

### What do you integrate with?

What you already run: Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Paystack, Supabase, Airtable, your CRM and your own APIs. We connect to your tools rather than replacing them.

### How long does it take?

Every build starts as a two-to-four-week Pilot Sprint with one measurable goal. Larger builds are scoped after the pilot, once we both know what works.

### What results can I expect?

We agree one number before we start. For Consult Digital it was CEO hours spent on outreach: 45+ hours returned. If the number doesn't move, you'll know within weeks.

### Who will I work with?

The founder, directly. PXL takes on a small number of builds each quarter. If a specialist contractor is ever needed, you'll know their name before they start.

### How do you handle our data?

Access is scoped to what each workflow needs, logged, and removed when the work ends. Personal information is handled under POPIA; the privacy policy has the detail.
