Intake
Turns residents' WhatsApp reports into incidents, merges duplicates and places them on a client map.
The control room, in one place. An operating layer for private security control rooms.
The problem
Private security control rooms run on a patchwork: residents' WhatsApp reports, plate alerts, alarm software, vehicle GPS and client records, each in its own window.
Operators spend their attention switching between tools and re-typing the same incident, instead of on the incident in front of them.
What it does
Turns residents' WhatsApp reports into incidents, merges duplicates and places them on a client map.
Shows plate alerts against client locations on the vehicle's route, with the nearest unit.
Plain-language questions across every feed. Each search needs a reason, and answers cite their sources.
Drafts shift handovers and monthly client reports for a person to check and sign.
How it's built
Baken drafts a suggested next step. Nothing is dispatched until an operator says so.
Queries and views are logged, so access to sensitive data is always accountable.
Reads WhatsApp, client records, vehicle GPS, plate alerts, alarm CMS and CCTV events. It sits next to existing alarm software rather than replacing it.
Designed for South African hosting and POPIA readiness from the start.
